1. About us
ivo.fashion is operated by I V O Atelier Readymade Garments Trading L.L.C, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, trade licence no. 1662269 ("IVO", "we", "us"). Contact: ivo@ivo.fashion.

2. Using the site
By using ivo.fashion or placing an order you agree to these terms, our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18, or use the site with a parent or guardian.

3. Products
We show our pieces as accurately as possible. Colours vary slightly between screens, and every piece is finished by hand, so minor variations are part of its character. Size charts are a guide. Contact us before ordering if you are between sizes.

4. Prices and payment
All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include UAE VAT where applicable. Shipping is shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, and the price at the time of your order applies. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example for a pricing error, suspected fraud or lack of stock, and we refund any payment in full.

6. Made-to-order and alterations
Made-to-measure, altered and personalised pieces are made for you once your order is confirmed. You may cancel free of charge within 24 hours of ordering. After work begins these pieces are final sale, except where faulty.

7. Delivery, risk and title
Delivery terms are in our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes to you once we receive full payment.

8. Returns
Returns and refunds follow our Refund Policy and your rights under UAE consumer protection law.

9. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the IVO name, logo, designs, photos and text, belongs to IVO. You may not copy or use it without our written permission.

10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on the site at the time of your order applies to that order.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
