Refund policy

IVO Atelier ("IVO", "we") wants every piece to fit and feel right. This policy applies to orders placed at ivo.fashion.

14-day returns
You may return standard-size items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Made-to-order and altered pieces
Pieces made to your measurements, altered at your request, or personalised are made for you alone and are final sale. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives faulty or not as described.

Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you, including shipping.

Exchanges
We exchange standard-size items for another size or colour within 14 days, subject to availability. Email us to arrange it.

How to return
1. Email ivo@ivo.fashion with your order number and the items you are returning.
2. We confirm the return and send collection or drop-off instructions.
3. Inside the UAE, return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect. International returns are at your cost, and any duties paid on import are not refundable by IVO.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund the item price, including VAT, to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank or card provider may take longer to post it. Original shipping fees are refunded only for faulty or incorrect items. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or store credit, as you choose.
