Where we ship
We ship across the United Arab Emirates and to 27 countries, including the UK, the EU, the US, Canada, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia.

Rates
UAE Standard: AED 25
UAE orders of AED 1,000 and over: Free
International: AED 70 flat
All prices are in AED and include UAE VAT where applicable.

Processing time
In-stock pieces leave our Dubai atelier within 1-3 business days. Made-to-order and altered pieces are dispatched within 7-14 business days, and we confirm the date by email.

Delivery time
UAE: 1-3 business days after dispatch.
International: 5-10 business days after dispatch.
You receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.

Duties and taxes abroad
International orders may be charged import duties and taxes by the destination country. These are paid by the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping fee.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email ivo@ivo.fashion within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we resolve it with you.
